The laboratory testing content includes different testing items such as physical and chemical properties, mechanical properties, and weather resistance, covering multiple terminal application scenarios such as wind power, automobiles, low altitude economy, and medical devices. Currently, the laboratory is actively applying for third-party qualification certification (CNAS/GL certification), which further reflects Ausheng's commitment to building industry benchmarks for development.

Carbon fiber is a high-strength, high modulus fiber with a carbon content of over 95%, which has characteristics such as light weight, high strength, high temperature resistance, friction resistance, and corrosion resistance. As a national strategic new material, carbon fiber is widely used in modern industrial systems due to its excellent comprehensive performance.

In 2007, Aosheng Hi-tech officially entered the field of carbon fiber, and after years of development, it has complete composite material forming and processing capabilities. The company has established long-term industry university research cooperation with multiple well-known universities and research institutes, gathering young scientific and technological talents to enhance the company's research soft power. Aosheng Hi-tech has established multiple provincial-level technology platforms, including the Jiangsu Carbon Fiber Composite Material Batch Manufacturing and Application Engineering Technology Research Center, Jiangsu Enterprise Technology Center, Jiangsu Industrial Design Center, and Jiangsu High end Resin based Carbon Fiber Reinforced Material Engineering Research Center. Based on the advantages of existing technology platforms, the company conducts research on the integrated application of lightweight key technologies, recycling technologies, rapid prototyping technologies, automation technologies, and key equipment for carbon fiber and its composite materials.

The construction of this laboratory is based on cutting-edge basic research and field application basic research, focusing on advanced materials industry clusters, committed to breaking through the bottleneck problem of key common technologies in the upstream and downstream of the carbon fiber industry chain, and promoting the deep integration of the innovation chain, industry chain, capital chain, and talent chain.
