In order to further improve the industrial system, broaden the new space for development, and coordinate the production capacity planning, in July 2022, Aosheng Technology launched the construction of a production technology transformation project with an annual output of 5.5 million square meters of wind power pultruded carbon fiber plates. On December 10, 2023, the first batch of production lines of the carbon beam pultrusion workshop under the project was completed and put into operation. This is a qualitative and incremental transformation carried out by Aosheng Technology in response to the expansion of the carbon fiber market and the continuous release of demand in the field of wind power, adding new impetus to the realization of carbon fiber localization substitution.

Go all out to reach higher production targets

After a year and a half of construction, installation and trial operation, in anticipation, the new production lines of Aosheng Technology were launched one by one. The smooth operation of the new production line is to take the industry's high-end new manufacturing equipment as the production capacity as the starting point, and the technologically advanced testing center as the quality assurance, maintain and enhance the completeness and supporting capacity of the industrial system, and improve the integrity of the industry.

All production lines have been put into operation, and the new intelligent production line of carbon fiber wind power pultrusion board can achieve an annual output of 5.5 million square meters of wind power pultrusion carbon fiber plate.
