In order to encourage the key industrial enterprises in our city to introduce and cultivate talents in short supply, and give full play to the leading and supporting role of talents in the transformation, upgrading and innovation development, the detailed rules are formulated in accordance with the spirit of several measures on further promoting the priority development of talents (suweifa [2016] No. 28) issued by Suzhou municipal Party committee and Suzhou Municipal People's government.

On December 14, 2020, the application and audit of the talent shortage plan for key industries in Suzhou have been completed, which has been deliberated and approved by the 7th Meeting of directors of municipal talent office in 2020. This year, a total of 2014 people from the whole city were selected into the program, and Aosheng technology Zhang Yongxi and Lang Minghua were evaluated. Now, the list of the proposed funding personnel will be publicized.
