First of all, Xu Wenqian, chairman of the board of directors of Aosheng technology, and Yan Bing, marketing director, introduced the main situation of Aosheng technology to academician Du. Aosheng technology was founded in 2002. At the beginning of its establishment, it was mainly engaged in the production and sales of textile and chemical fibers. In 2006, it resolutely decided to transform its products and upgrade its industry to the carbon fiber composite industry, which was still relatively unpopular and technically difficult at that time. After more than ten years of efforts, the company has developed from the initial carbon fiber weaving to carbon fiber weaving, prepreg, pultrusion, winding, molding and other special-shaped parts processing, with a complete range, which can meet the different requirements of customers and customized services. In 2017, Aosheng technology entered the field of wind power. With the rapid growth of wind power market, the consumption of carbon fiber will reach 7000 tons in 2019, and the consumption of carbon fiber is expected to exceed 10000 tons in 2020, realizing the rapid growth of sales, profits and taxes.

Then academician Du visited the workshop of the wind power production department. General manager Zhang, deputy general manager of the wind power division, introduced the production status of the workshop. At present, Aosheng technology has 72 pultrusion lines, and it is expected to increase the production lines to 102 next year.

Under the leadership of manager Yue of WIP division, academician Du visited the prepreg production line, autoclave production line and RTM production line of the company. At present, Aosheng technology has carried out business cooperation with an automobile main engine factory to produce carbon fiber automobile hood. Academician Du personally picked up an hood at the scene and experienced the effect of carbon fiber in lightweight and weight reduction.

Du Shanyi. Expert in mechanics and composites. He is from Dalian, Liaoning Province. In 1964, he graduated from the Department of modern mechanics, University of science and technology of China, and later worked as a visiting scholar at George Washington University. He once served as vice president of Harbin Institute of technology, deputy to the 10th and 11th National People's Congress, executive member of international composite materials Committee, leader of leading expert group for major research projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China, President of China composite materials society, vice president of China mechanics society, etc. He was elected academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering in 1999.
