From November 28th to 30th, 2019, the 4th China International Composite Materials Technology Conference and the 3rd International Composite Materials Industry Innovation Achievement Technology Exhibition were held in Zhuhai International Exhibition Center. The conference was based on "New composite materials, the future is determined" Theme, set up 50 thematic academic sub-forums, 3 international sub-venues, 7 special sub-venues, 9 academicians and 5 foreign academicians, as well as nearly 3100 Chinese and foreign composite materials experts, scholars and business representatives attended the exhibition. The exhibition area is 20,000 square meters, the conference was sponsored by the Chinese Society for Composite Materials and supported by the Zhuhai Municipal People's Government and Guangdong Science and Technology Association; the three-day 4th China International Composite Materials Technology Conference (CCCM-4) was successfully concluded at the Zhuhai International Convention and Exhibition Center.

At the opening ceremony of the conference, the "Lifetime Achievement Award of China Society of Composite Materials" was awarded to Academician Du Shanyi and Academician Zhang Litong. Their awards are the full affirmation of the contributions of the two highly respected and authoritative experts in the composite materials industry, and they have also set a benchmark and example for the majority of composite materials science and technology workers.
